Azure Managed Services Logs to KloudMate

At present, KloudMate only supports native integration with AWS, however, monitoring of Azure Managed Services with KloudMate is possible using the OpenTelemetry framework. 
To monitor logs from Azure Managed Services, you are required to employ the OpenTelemetry receiver, specifically the azureeventhubreceiver. This receiver is designed to retrieve data from Azure Event Hub. You need to set up an Event Hub on Azure Cloud to export logs to OpenTelemetry. 
The OpenTelemetry collector is then used, to transmit these logs to the KloudMate backend.
