KloudMate Infinity is a managed observability solution designed for easy deployment on customer infrastructure. A minimal setup process allows businesses to quickly and seamlessly integrate it into their existing systems.
KloudMate Infinity can be deployed on any Kubernetes cloud platform or self-hosted Kubernetes environment.
Note, that KloudMate Infinity is deployed and managed on customers' infrastructure, and is different from our regular SaaS offering.
It is mainly designed for business sectors that are strictly driven by regulations, compliance, and data privacy laws (viz. Fintech, NBFC, Banks, Media, etc...)

This is indicative and may vary based on customer architecture and data needs.
- A running Kubernetes Cluster, it can be self-hosted or any cloud Kubernetes service (EKS, AKS, GKE, etc)
- Kubernetes version >= 1.22
- Only x86-64/amd64 workloads are supported (no arm64 architecture)
- Helm version must be >= 3.14.3
- Persistent Volumes/Storage Classes set up in the cluster with a minimum of 1TB storage
- A k8s LoadBalancer is set up in the cluster if you plan to provision multiple nodes. This is not required if you plan to use a single-node
- Ensure ports 80, 443, and 4318 are open on the nodes
- A domain name with a wildcard SSL certificate for it
- Kubectl access to the cluster is required
- A mail server for email notifications. The host, port, and authentication details are required
