Incident Management

What Is Incident Management?

8min

The term 'Incident' refers to an event or issue that may negatively impact your services, application workflow, end users, or customers. KloudMate automatically detects issues within your synced services, letting you address them before they impact your applications. Additionally, all such issues are tightly integrated with a robust Incident Management module, to be managed efficiently, once they start causing disruption within the application. KloudMate's Incident Management Module is designed to help you streamline your end-to-end incident response strategies and workflows. Your teams can detect, delegate, notify, track, and collaborate, to resolve incidents all within a single, unified platform.
