Jira
Create a manual Jira Ticket

You can create a Jira ticket directly from the issues or alarms page. You can use it to raise individual tickets that are not assigned to a notification policy.
Should have created a Jira notification channel
- Navigate to the alarms or issues details page
Click on the 'Create In Jira' button
It opens a tab, where you can see all the Jira channels that are integrated into the KloudMate account
- Select the check box(s) of the channel(s) that you want to raise the ticket
- Click on the 'Create Ticket' button to create the ticket
To unlink an existing Jira ticket in KloudMate, click on the settings icon next to 'View in Jira'
- You can see the list of Jira tickets linked to this issue
Click on the unlink icon next to the Issue type to remove the integration of that particular ticket
