Create a manual Jira Ticket

You can create a Jira ticket directly from the issues or alarms page. You can use it to raise individual tickets that are not assigned to a notification policy.

Pre-requisite:

Should have created a Jira notification channel

  1. Navigate to the alarms or issues details page
  2. Click on the 'Create In Jira' button

  3. It opens a tab, where you can see all the Jira channels that are integrated into the KloudMate account

  4. Select the check box(s) of the channel(s) that you want to raise the ticket
  5. Click on the 'Create Ticket' button to create the ticket

Unlink a Jira ticket from KloudMate

  1. To unlink an existing Jira ticket in KloudMate, click on the settings icon next to 'View in Jira'

  2. You can see the list of Jira tickets linked to this issue
  3. Click on the unlink icon next to the Issue type to remove the integration of that particular ticket
