Configuring the Jira Notification channel

  • For Jira integration, select Jira from the dropdown menu in the notification channel
  • Click on the 'Connect Jira' button

  • You will be redirected to the Jira authorization page.
  • Click on the 'Accept' button to authorize integration between KloudMate and Jira account

  • You will be redirected to the Jira Notification channel page in KloudMate
  • Give a name to the channel, and select the 'site', 'project', and 'issue type'
  • Select the status for 'open' and 'closed' state tickets you want to assign in Jira as 1. To Do 2. In progress 3. Done
  • Click on 'Submit' to complete the Integration

Jira with KloudMate is a one-way integration notification channel. Status changes in KloudMate will be reflected in Jira, but status changes in Jira will not be reflected in KloudMate.
