The incident management overview screen provides a bird's-eye-view of all the incidents that have been assigned to you within your infrastructure. With this screen, you will have access to all the important stats related to all the incidents under one roof.
To navigate to the Incidents overview screen, click on the Incident Management icon > Overview.
You will see the Incidents Overview, which displays stats about all the incidents such as the total number of incidents for each of the statuses, the Mean-Time-To-Acknowledge (MTTA), and Mean-Time-To-Resolve (MTTR).
You will also see your Incidents list, which displays the most relevant information about each incident, such as their status, severity, and more.
An incident within KloudMate goes through three status indicators within its lifecycle:
- Triggered: Any issue that is declared as an incident will be first in the triggered state. This status indicates that the incident needs to be reviewed by the relevant team.
- Acknowledged: This status indicates that the incident has reached the relevant team and is being reviewed.
- Resolved: This status indicates that the incident has been fixed and resolved by the relevant team.
