Reports Overview

The Overview page provides a centralized location to manage all your generated and scheduled reports. From this page, you can view key details of each report, edit existing reports, delete reports, or create new ones.

The following details are displayed for each report:

  1. Name: The unique name assigned to the report for easy identification.
  2. Description: A brief summary describing the purpose or contents of the report.
  3. Source: Indicates the data source used to generate the report, such as dashboards, alarms, or incidents.
  4. Schedule: Displays the configured schedule for sending the report. If unscheduled, this field will remain empty.
  5. Recipient: The email address(es) where the report is sent when scheduled.
  6. Active: Shows whether the report is currently active (indicated by a green status) or inactive (indicated by a red status).
