Adding Escalation Policy
Use the following steps to add a new escalation policy.
Step 1: Navigate to the Escalation Policy screen by clicking on Incident Management > Escalation Policy.
Step 2: Click on the Add Escalation Policy button located at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: On the next page, enter a name and description for the escalation policy. Set the wait time in minutes for your escalation policy.

Step 4: Configure the Escalation Steps:
- Select a notification channel from the dropdown for your Escalation step
- Select an assignee from the dropdown for your escalation step
- You can use the Add Another Alert button to add multiple notification channels to your escalation step.
- If you choose Slack as your notification channel, you need to integrate a Slack account to send incidents.
Step 5: Set an escalation timeout duration in minutes. This will be the time window given to acknowledge an incident before it moves to the next escalation steps.

Step 6: Add another escalation step using the Add Escalation button and repeat Steps 4 and 5.
You can add any number of escalation steps.

Step 7: Once you are done with configuring escalation steps, click on the Save button. Your policy will be displayed in the Escalation Policy overview screen.
