Integrations are webhook endpoints that can be called from external services and are used to send notifications about your incidents to the on-call teams/developers.
An integration will have a service and an escalation policy assigned to it. The integration will send notifications about the incidents of the assigned service according to the rules defined in the assigned escalation policy.
You can navigate to the Integrations screen by clicking on Incident Management > Integrations.
This screen displays a list of all the existing integrations along with some additional details about each integration such as name, description, type, service, and the escalation policy attached to the respective integration.
Note that each integration can only have one escalation policy attached to it.
You can click on any particular integration to learn more about it. You will be directed to the Integrations Details screen.
The Integration can be disabled/enabled from this screen using the toggle button next to the integration name.
You can get the integration URL which is required to integrate with any alerting source.
You can also use the settings icon on this screen to edit or archive the integration.
