Creating Services

use the following steps to create a new service to create a new service, click the create service button at the top right corner of the services screen step 1 enter the service name and description step 2 select a service owner from the dropdown to assign a team member responsible for managing the service and its incidents step 3 select an escalation policy for the service, or create new escalation policy this will serve as the default policy for all incidents under this service escalation policy is mandatory for a service if no escalation policy exists while creating a service, you are required to create a new one before proceeding step 4 set the sla target percentage for the service once all details are filled in, click save the service will appear in the services list
