Creating Services

Use the following steps to create a new service.

Step 1: Navigate to the Services screen by clicking on Incident Management > Service.

Step 2: Click on the Create Service button located at the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3: On the next page, enter the service name, description, and service owner.

  • Use the service owner dropdown to assign a team member who will be responsible for the service's overall issues.

Step 4: Select an escalation policy for the service. Or create a new escalation policy.

Escalation policy is mandatory for a service. If the escalation policies don't already exist while creating a service, you are required to create a new one in the above step.

Step 5: Click on the Save button. Your service will be displayed in the Services Overview screen.
