the incident management overview screen provides a bird’s eye view of all incidents within your infrastructure it gives you access to all important incident stats and your assigned incidents in one place to navigate to the overview screen, click incidents in the left navigation menu, then select overview incident statuses an incident within kloudmate goes through three status indicators within its lifecycle triggered — any issue declared as an incident starts in the triggered state, indicating that it needs to be reviewed by the relevant team acknowledged — this status indicates that the incident has reached the relevant team and is being actively reviewed resolved — this status indicates that the incident has been fixed and closed by the relevant team at the top of the screen, you will see key stats across all incidents, the total count of incidents in each status, mtta (mean time to acknowledge), and mttr (mean time to resolve) below the stats, the my incidents list displays the incidents assigned to you, along with relevant details such as title, severity, triggered time, responders, and current status click view all to see the complete list of incidents across your workspace
