Slack Integration

the incident management settings allows you to connect a slack channel to the incident management module, enabling your team to receive and manage incidents directly from slack step 1 go to incidents > settings from the left navigation menu step 2 under the chat ops tab, click connect on the slack integration window step 3 you will be redirected to slack’s authorization page select the slack channel you want to connect using the dropdown, add a message for your app manager, and click submit once the workspace is connected, each team member will need to link their personal slack account to manage incidents from slack
