Slack Integration

Using the Incident Management Settings you can integrate a Slack channel with the Incident Management Module. Once integrated, you will be able to receive and manage incidents through Slack.

Use the following steps to integrate your Slack channel with the Incident Management Module.

Step 1: Navigate to the Incident Management Settings screen by clicking Incident Management > Settings.

Step 2: A window for Slack integration will be displayed under the CHAT OPS tab. Click on the Connect button on the window.

Step 3: You will be directed to the Slack integration web page. 

Step 4:Select the relevant Slack channel using the drop-down located in the Slack integration web page.

Step 4: Follow the on-screen instructions, add a message for your App Manager, then click on the Submit button.
