This page contains some basic session details such as session ID and duration, a list of the web pages that the user visited, errors, and the timeline.

Session Replays

KloudMate provides a session replay feature as a part of its RUM offering. This feature lets you playback a user's interactions with your website/application. This includes mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, keystrokes, page navigations, etc. Session Replay can help gain insights into user behavior and thereby help enhance user experience. The session replay feature is available in the sessions section of the RUM interface. To start a session replay, click on any session, then click on the View Session Replay button on the top right corner.

Filtering RUM Data

You can use the filters available within the sidebar menu of the RUM interface to narrow down the RUM data that you want to monitor or visualize. For further refined filtering, use multiple filters in combination at once.

You can also set a time range for the data to be displayed using the time scale menu located on the top right corner of the screen.

Note that the Filters are designed to last 24 hours based on the selected time range. And a longer time range may slow down your query.
