Limits
Most workflows stay well inside these limits. The ones people hit most are the step cap, the loop cap, and the webhook rate limit.

Run limits

A run that’s waiting on a person, between the checks of a Wait until, or on a Wait / Delay of 1 minute or longer doesn’t count toward the 20. A shorter delay does, and so does every run that’s running a step.
Trigger limits

The 500-run limit stops a workflow that keeps triggering itself. Child runs and test runs don’t count toward it.
Retention
Section titled “Retention”KloudMate keeps finished runs and their step detail for 30 days. It keeps published versions for 30 days too, but always keeps the newest 20 per workflow, the live one, and any version a kept run still uses.

Workflow automation is part of the Pro and Business plans. On the Free plan, Workflows shows an upgrade prompt instead, with View plans for organization owners.
Your plan also decides which integrations you can connect. See Connections → Providers.
If a plan lapses, existing webhook deliveries, form submissions, and approval links keep working, so a decision link already in someone’s inbox doesn’t break. You can no longer create or edit workflows.
